Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges cannot be offered after this period.

Return Portal

Re:Do is our easy return portal. A non-refundable charge of $1.98 will be added to your cart at checkout. This fee provides you with a free return label for unlimited returns/exchanges. If you choose to opt out of the $1.98 fee, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be received within the 14-day return window.

Sale Items

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Sale items marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or "Markdown(s)" are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Items purchased during special event pricing are also ineligible for refunds but may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Items must be in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

Returns with smoke, deodorant, or makeup damage will not be accepted.
